I have worked in the health care industry for over 20 years. As a Naturopath my passion is working with women over 40 who are perimenopausal as there is a lot going on hormonally and who have digestive issues such as IBS and SIBO which can flare up again during this time.

I also work with both men and women who are either business owners or who work in corporate by supporting them to have more energy, sleep better at night along with being able to cope with the stresses related to their work. I also work with clients who are suffering from the symptoms of Long COVID as these symptoms can be treated naturally.
