I released my second book, Land that Job: moving forward after Covid-19 early in 2021. A practical, positive and down-to-earth book, it became #1 on Amazon within a day of its release and it also was a Finalist in the RSA Australian Career Book of the Year 2021 Award.
I'm now working on my third careers book.
I also coach people so they get great results in their lives and businesses. I am a Master Coach with SMJ Coaching Institute. I have added coaching to my experience of empowering and counselling people over many years, in a range of settings.
In all my work, I encourage people to 'search for the hero inside' themselves (to use a line from an M People song) and to find what lights them up. People come to me to help them create a life they'll love to live. Laughter, honesty and the courage to be real are essential elements in our sessions together.
I love careers counselling, too, and helping you get into the right job for you - but I am not your usual career counsellor. I don't tell you what to do! I DO ask you lots of questions that lead you to a place of deeper understanding about yourself and your life's mission.
I am practical, sensible, warm and wise. I'm passionate about supporting you to have power over your own life's experiences.
In 2015, my first book 'Awesome Careers for Gen Ys' was published. Many people have told me that it's not just Gen Ys who would benefit from this book.
