Sandra Hayward resides in the picturesque Gold Coast,Queensland, Australia, her beloved hometown characterized by an outdoorsy and beach-centric lifestyle that many envy. She shares her life with her loving husband, Darren, and their adult son, Matthew.

Sandra is driven by a profound passion for enhancing thequality of life for individuals worldwide, a calling that inspired her to embark on a journey in nursing following her successful completion of senior studies. Her greatest joy stems from witnessing people achieve their dreams and lead fulfilling lives.

Since 2014, Sandra has been dedicated to transforming households into healthier and more sustainable living spaces through heraffiliation with Norwex. Norwex offers a range of products that prioritize safety and environmental consciousness, revolutionising everyday living.

Before delving into the world of health and wellness, Sandra held various administrative roles, from receptionist to bookkeeper, and evenoffice manager, primarily within the construction industry. During this period,she further enriched her credentials by obtaining a Certificate IV in Small Business Management.

In 2020, Sandra sensed a missing piece in her life and felt compelled to explore the realm of Modern Hypnosis, initially for personal growth but soon realizing its potential to empower others. Equipped with her certification as a Hypnotherapist, she now conducts online hypnotherapy sessions, empowering clients to harness the transformative power of hypnosis from the comfort of their own homes, regardless of their geographical location.

Coaching came naturally to Sandra, given her prior experience in various roles, and she seamlessly translated these skills into aholistic support system for others. She remains dedicated to expanding her skillset and knowledge to empower her clients to navigate life's challenges,such as stress, overwhelm, and limiting habits, ensuring they are unencumbered as they pursue their goals.

Sandra specializes in guiding women who find themselves in transitional phases of life, helping them overcome feelings of uncertainty and overwhelm, and guiding them towards their next steps.

Beyond her professional commitments, Sandra enjoys her time snow skiing, despite her aversion to the cold, and embarks on hiking adventures while traveling and camping with her husband, Darren, in their caravan.
