Hi, thank you for taking the time to read my biography. A little history, I have worked in finance all my life up until the past three years, when an opportunity presented itself to make a change, moving more into health, fitness and wellbeing. I was feeling burnt out and just tired of the day to day grind and deadlines, never having the time to reset, to be able to think about, let alone do what lighted me up. I made a change and decided to let the part of me that was wanting more win over the more restrictive feeling. I was feeling stuck and had had that feeling for a long time.

I had an amazingly free spirited childhood, you'd always find me outside. Making cubby houses by putting blankets over our outside picnic table, playing with our kittens dressing them up in baby doll clothes and wheeling them around in prams. Being chased and butted around and up and down steps on our back area by baby goats or sitting in the chicken coup with my silkie bantams. It was so much fun !! I love entertaining and when I look back I had the main part in both 5th & 6th year musicals, acting and singing being accompanied by my mumma on the piano. We were always singing around the piano. Through my teenage years you'd find me listening to old 78 records, avidly writing down the lyrics and singing to music.

Absurdly, when I look back I found myself sitting behind a desk day in, day out. Not realising that my life was passing me by at the same time. I was living by default, it's just what I fell into after school, my dad had found an advertisement in the paper.  Looking back I could have been a nutritionalist, naturopath or part of the band under the stage at the Opera, WOW!!  I think we don't realise this until we get older and start reflecting on what we haven't done or been able to do.

Well I made the best decision of my life to follow my heart and do what I loved. I now have the freedom to choose what it is that I want to do, by design and I'm so grateful to be able to share this gift in the world so I can witness lives changed and people living from their dreams.

I never realised that I had a choice !!!
