Craig Maynard is the co-founder of Maynard Property Group, established alongside his wife, Emma.

Founded three years ago, Maynard Property Group is a dedicated Buyers Agency, helping clients secure their ideal property across Northern NSW and the Gold Coast.

As long-time locals with over 30 years of personal experience in buying and selling property, we bring a deep understanding of the region and its evolving property trends.

Our services include:

• A comprehensive Buyers Agency service, where we source properties, negotiate on your behalf, and guide you through the entire process right through to settlement.

• A dedicated Negotiation Service, where we conduct thorough due diligence on a property our client has identified and negotiate the best possible purchase price—whether through private sale or auction.

We work with a diverse range of clients, including first home buyers, upsizing families, downsizers, and property investors.

Our team includes three full-time staff and two contractors, allowing us to effectively service an area stretching from Ballina to Ormeau.
